NYC.
I considered how I could do an entry about the nyc trip without it being a phenomenally boring play-by-play, and finally decided you just couldn't do it in written form. We saw too much. The idea of a blog entry littered with "and then"s and "next we went"s sucked the initiative right out of me. Pictures, I think, are the key thing here, so after digging around on the web for a few pics to augment my own stash, I've set up a slideshow and a yummy little google map so you can see where we were (no doubt I've forgotten a few places). Anyhoo... fun stuff.
(if you don't see the slideshow, you may need to go directly to my blog)

What's the little guy doing?
He was just fascinated with the band, and more particularly, the tip box (much like the other little ones). :) He also started dancing at one point but I could never catch him doing it on video.
Looks pretty awesome. Washington Square Park has been totally cleaned up, used to be you couldn't walk through there without getting barrages by street dope dealers. You guys did it right, bravo.
Loved the slide show kimmie. Sweet Pea said the Statue of Liberty looked bigger than she imagined. What an awesome time you must've had! Did you bring back any trinkets? Adorable new shirts to be washed with other dark-colored-non-colorfast items? Can't wait to see any new happys you might have acquired.
